New Nursery and Kids Church Check in Procedures

Both Nursery and Kids Church participants must check-in using the iPads at the new Check-In kiosks located outside the Sunbeams classroom.

Parents, when you check in your children, please type in your last name or last 4 digits of your phone number, and choose your own “Guardian” name. You will get a list of all the children you have registered to your family. Click each child and then the class you are registering them into, there should be a suggested class based on their age group, if not, select one according to their age,

Nursery - 0-3 Years, Beginners - 3-5 Years, Primary – Kindergarten – 5th Grade, then click done. Do the same for each child you are checking

in that day.

The label maker will generate labels for each of your child with a unique number per child and a Guardian label that lists each child and their corresponding number. This Guardian label will need to be presented to the teachers in the classrooms at the end of the service. Please put your children’s name labels on their shirt.

If your name does not come up on the iPad, please use the other tablet to register yourself and your children into the church’s database. Then sign in on the iPad to generate the required children’s and guardian labels. Please provide as much information as possible including any allergies your children may have so we can get that info into our database as any potential allergies will print out on the labels for our teachers to see.

We are taking these steps so we can generate an accurate attendance record that the teachers would take with them in the case of an emergency evacuation of the building to ensure all the children are accounted for at the designated meeting location outside the building.
